Yesterday in Second Life there was:
- 14,161 new signups bringing the total to 12,544,553 signups.
- A peak concurrency of 59,138 at 2:00PM, and a minimum concurrency of 33,145 at 1:40AM. Median concurrency for the day was 45,418.
- The Grid Stability Index for the day was 2.52 (lower is better).
- Asset, inventory, login and simulator glitches – not limited to suddenly vanishing skirts – in the early hours of the morning. It all felt like it might have been related to the changes in IP subnets. Additionally there were search problems until later in the morning, and inventory loading didn't speed up until near midday.
- This week's rolling restarts have been rebooked for this Friday and the coming Monday.
- A new version of Havok 4 was rolled out for the early adopter sims, but due to problems had to be quickly reverted.
- Phone maintenance will be taking place on Sunday.
- The Support Portal failed again.
