Linden Lab surveys opinions on vanity names

Linden Lab is asking for feedback on so-called vanity names, that is custom Second Life names that may (for example) represent your real name, your company, or whatever, and the issues surrounding these (potential use for fraud, recycling past surnames, costs and so forth).
