- A peak concurrency of 66,429 at 1:50PM (which is a new record!), and a minimum concurrency of 35,938 at 11:55PM. Median concurrency for the day was 49,102.
- The Grid Stability Index for the day was 1.58 (lower is better).
- Basically, as concurrency was still climbing, the grid more or less collapsed, cutting the peak short, and around 30,000 users or so logged off in frustration, crashed or were disconnected. The grid had already suffered from assorted transaction problems earlier in the day. Additionally telephone support had troubles of its own.
