- The Grid Stability Index for the day was 1.78 (lower is better).

- While Linden Lab hastens to assure us that third party violations of trademark guidelines aren't a terms-of-service breach, that isn't what the terms-of-service say, and the TOS is worded to defeat contradictory assurances.
