The Grid Stability Index for the day was 2.14 (lower is better). There were a number of minor failures through the afternoon as you can see in the chart below, not counting the shutdown of a number of racks of servers for circuit-breaker upgrades. The larger downward spike in concurrency in the morning that you can see, was the central database update where transactions, teleports and logins were pretty much out of commission for 30 minutes or so.
