The Grid Stability Index for the day was 3.97 (lower is better). The rolling update of 490 regions to 1.21 isn't going so well. Some reversions are in progress. The grid additionally messed up this evening, and as you see from the charts, several times during the afternoon.
Voice maintenance went ahead as scheduled, apparently with no major problems.
