Worldwide PSP releases for the week of Apr. 20

Continuing with the "balance" theme, we're pointing out that a lot of Japan's new games are re-releases. Take Vampire Chronicle (Darkstalkers) for example; this game has already been printed twice — three times if you include this one! What's going on here guys?
