The Grid Stability Index for the day was 1.92 (lower is better). More outages – you may notice similarities between the graph today and the one last week. In both cases, subsystem failures took place around the same times of the day. For a bonus, stipend payout delays look like they're going to be ongoing in future. Perhaps that's what is also causing transaction history delays.
