The Grid Stability Index for the day was 1.69 (lower is better). The grid had troubles through most of the morning, culminating in a closure of logins to try to stabilize things around 11AM.
Teleports from some regions were failing consistently, but that's actually not anything really new.
There were also some credit processing problems through much of the day.
