The Grid Stability Index for the day was 1.03 (lower is better). Not actually what you'd call a 'smooth' day, but we're starting to get to the point where users are more resigned, and are not logging out en masse when things go somewhat sour. Maybe it's that those of a lower tolerance to faults just aren't logging back in anymore — that would be consistent with metrics. So, we'll call the day 'acceptably uneven'.
