Twin Skies at PAX08: How is it played?

Twin Skies is revolutionary in so many ways, but one of the main aspects is its ability to be played on multiple clients. There's the actual game client itself, which you would put on your home computer to enjoy when you're at home, but there's also a Flash-based browser client for when you're away at any other computer or browser-enabled cell phone. What you do on this Flash client will directly affect what happens in the game world, as we were shown at the booth.

In addition, there are Flash-based mini games on the website that you can also play at any time. These mini games are used to unlock achievements and other content in the game in ways other than the normal grinding mobs or farming for reputation, like many other MMOs. The website also plays host to a number of utilities from checking your options to tending your garden to playing with your pet to chatting with your guildies.
