LotRO Fall Festival guide: Harvest Festival
Harvest Festival is the fall festival held by the Hobbits of Hobbiton-Bywater. It is located at the Party Tree, just south of Bag End and north of Hobbiton-Bywater. Many of the events here are the same as the Summer Lithe Festival or last year's Fall Festival, with a few exceptions. The dancing, Inn League, traveling farmer and apple-bobbing are the same as last year. We will include reference for the repeated parts of the event later in this guide, but for now we want to focus on the Troves and Trickery series of quests.
As with the Duillond version, this one also does not have a close-up map. Luckily, it is also very easy to locate each NPC. Start off by talking to Egbert Took the Trickster just to the east of the Party Tree. He'll give you the Troves and Trickery quest and you're off! For images of the following NPCs, and more information regarding their locations, refer to our complete Fall Harvest Festival gallery.
Porto Brownlock – This Novice Farmhand is crawling around the farmland area to the southeast of Egbert. Talk to him, have a /smoke and you're ready to move on.
Ted Sandyman – This Hobbit is located just southwest of Porto, standing right in front of the Bywater Bridge. Show him a healthy /stretch and he'll be impressed enough to let you go on to your next NPC.
Daddy Twofoot – Continue south across the bridge and into town, where you'll find Mr. Twofoot, just across from the Postmaster. Show him a quick /pick emote and head back north on the road towards where you came.
Lobelia Sackville-Baggins – If you've ever played a character through the early questline for The Shire, you'll remember this not-so-delightful Hobbit. She's located just north (and uphill) from the Party Tree. If you show her your most dramatic /faint, you'll grab her attention just long enough to move on and turn in the quest. Hop down the small cliff and turn the quest back into Egbert, choosing your reward of either a Pumpkin mask token or three Fall Festival tokens.
