HD channel expansion roundup

There were a decent amount of high-def expansions happening in this final week of January 2009, and we've rounded 'em up the best we could to give you the scoop. A few highlights include four new HD channels coming to TWC San Antonio, KGNS-TV flipping the switch to high-def in Laredo, TX, Comcast bolstering its subscription on-demand service and Cox doling out a few more newcomers in the Herndon, Virginia area.
