EverQuest acknowledges its greatest heroes in month-long contest

Earlier this week and throughout March, EverQuest celebrated its 10th anniversary with us at Massively. The anniversary celebrations haven't stopped there, though. In fact, all this month and into next month, SOE will be continuing the celebrations with their "Norrath's Timeless Heroes" contest, allowing players to show their dedication to the game. In return, winners will receive an in-game item emblazoned with their character (or real life) picture, a special in-game title "The Fabled" and one year of free game time.

Anyone interested should submit an image of themselves or their character in a heroic pose, accompanied by a 300-word story describing their character and the image. Both EverQuest and EverQuest II are holding similar contests through April 10, 2009. Be sure to read each set of complete rules for both contests before entering.
