Evangelion: Jo puts PSP owners in the cockpit
Finally, an Evangelion game to get excited about! This isn't a dating sim, or a card game -- this is a real adventure game that looks to do the series justice by placing you in the cockpit of one of anime's most iconic mechs. This PSP adventure is based on the first film in the new theatrical remakes. Players will have to take part in Shinji's school life, but Famitsu also shows some inspired action sequences. Shooting seems to take place from both third-person over-the-shoulder views and first-person cockpit views. It also seems as though QTEs spice up the more cinematic battles. Overall, it looks good -- but will it ever see release stateside?
