LotRO introduces Quartermaster Apsduf

LotRO players everywhere, it's time to meet one of the ugliest NPCs in all of Middle Earth. This chap is Quartermaster Apsduf: minion of Trintrû, the tyrannical commander in chief of the forces at Tol Ascarnen and not a pleasant fellow, even if you're on his side.

An important figure in the on-going battle to take over the Ettenmoors, Apsduf is crucial in ensuring that the armies of Angmar have all the weapons, provisions and supplies they need to win. He appears when the Iron Crown control the island keep of Tol Ascarnen, preparing the fortress for defense against the attacks of the Free Peoples. On the other hand, if you're not a member, he's an important NPC who demands that you do a lot of the dirty work in helping him resupply the keep. Nice work if you can get it.
