WRUP: GDC edition

We've had a crazy busy week here at Massively, thanks to GDC. The news has been coming fast and furious though, so we certainly aren't complaining. That doesn't mean we're not all ready to take a break and enjoy some downtime in our favorite games later this weekend. This week's bonus question: what GDC announcement (or demo or interview or what have you) this week are you most excited about? Read on to see what the team thought, and then share your own thoughts!
Beau Hindman (@spouseaggro): I'll be playing some Spellborn and a few new browser based games. I've got to get my character organized in Vanguard, too, and hopefully gain a level or 4. The one announcement that I am waiting for from GDC has not been announced...yet.

Eliot Lefebvre: I'm going to be spending the weekend not playing the FFXIV beta. My life is a river of woe, and only a steady diet of STO and CoH can cure me. (And maybe FFXI, but the wound is still fresh there.) As for the GDC, I wasn't hoping for anything and have come out of it with some interesting news here and there, which means I got better than what I wanted.

Jef Reahard: I'll be flapping my wings in Aion of course (double XP woo!), spending a few hours with my EVE crew, and probably failing to hold off on resubbing to Fallen Earth.

Justin Olivetti (@sypster): My Captain in LotRO is making a hard push to plow through the rest of Volume I while staving off depression from the landscape of Angmar. As for GDC, my excitement revolving around TOR threatens to drown out all else, but the news of STO's third faction and the Fallen Earth's Facebook app were smile-inducing.

Kyle Horner (@kylehorner): This weekend is Star Trek Online and Final Fantasy XIII for me. It's a weird combo, but somehow it feels so very right. Bonus: The Secret World and All Points Bulletin are my two big ones. But in reality, I'm generally just excited about the whole event.

Rubi Bayer (@Rubi_): More Fallen Earth! I need to give my poor neglected Turbine games some love this weekend too, so I'll be logging in to (Uh, I just typed Fallen Earth here and had to go back and fix it.) LotRO and DDO as well. I have a couple of Guild Wars guild mates that are working on titles as well, and I hope to help with at least one or two missions. GDC? The interview with DDO's Fernando Paiz was the highlight of my week so far, but there's an interview with Daniel Dociu coming up that is equally as exciting.
