One Shots: The wonder of exploration

Whether you grew up with The Original Series, The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine or a later show, many of us sci-fi MMO geeks have a special spot in our hearts for Star Trek. This is likely why we've gotten so many Star Trek Online One Shots since the game launched — people seem to love adventuring in the universe they remember so fondly. Today's Star Trek Online image comes to us from Rear Admiral Bulvye D'nalli, Alliance Fleet (also known as Damien F.) who writes in to give us his thoughts.

"[This image is of] the USS Legacy wrapping up its last mission and heading for the second star on the right, and straight on 'till morning. This Captain tier Exploration Cruiser has, by far, been my favorite style of starship in STO. Though I'm currently in an Assault Cruiser (Admiral tier), I much prefer the style options for the Exploration Cruisers. It's too bad we can't upgrade our favorite ships and not be tier dependent."
