WoW Moviewatch: If You Could Be

It's been a little while since we've heard from Nyhm, Gigi, and the "Druidboyz," which makes now about ripe for the release of If You Could Be. The machinima was created by Zharkan16. The premise of the song is fairly simple; if you could be any WoW class for a day, which would you choose? The performers then explicate their particular choices, and provide elucidation regarding the process and reasoning by which they came to those conclusions. Obviously, you know Nyhm and Gigi, but you should remember the "Druidboyz" from For the Horde! or Pwnage Like Us.

The machinima itself was incredibly good. Zharkan16 brought a great deal of humor, interpretation, and action to his video, keeping the narrative moving and fully engaged with the lyrics. The vocal performance felt odd to me, however. I couldn't quite place the reason for my mild discontent, although I chalk it up to my unfamiliarity with "hip hop" or "rap." And while I generally support the belf rap genre, I'm just not quite sure what to say about this piece.
