One Shots: Tuesday tunes

Many say that music is one of the universal things that has the ability to cross language barriers, borders, and more. That's why we're not surprised at all that in a rich fantasy MMO like Lord of the Rings Online, music plays such a large part. If you haven't had a chance to catch a player-created concert in the game as yet, then we have a special treat for you today courtesy of occasional One Shots contributor, Joshua P. He's part of a group that occasionally "PUGs a band" in Lord of the Rings Online — one such occasion spawning today's screenshot and bonus video, too! He writes in to explain:

"I love the music system in LotRO. It's a lot of fun to get some friends together and play some music, and it's even more fun when you got a nice crowd to watch and cheer. We had a concert in the Bree-Town Auction House some time ago, and although it was unplanned, it went really well. We had quite a few people watching and we played for about five hours straight! I even got a video of one of the songs." You can check that out behind the break!

If you'd like to send in a screenshot of your recent adventures in an MMO, it's easy to do. Just email them to us here at oneshots AT massively DOT com along with your name, the name of the game, and a description of what we're seeing. We'll post it out here and give you the credit.
