Our knowledge of the fast-paced, edgy world of extreme sports is limited to "standing on moving, thin slivers of wood is really difficult," though we don't need to know much more than that to appreciate the gaming-influenced video posted below.

Titled "Gnarcade," the video is your basic snowboarding clip compilation, showing the deft maneuverability of athletes like Scott Stevens, Micah Hollinger and Chris Beresford. Fine, we don't know who they are -- but we do recognize the references to Bubble Bobble, Portal and Super Mario Bros. that pervade their slippery shenanigans.
