Tony Hawk Shred gives you an olly taste at your local mall
Anxious to try your hands feet at Robomodo's next game? Activision has announced a mall tour for Tony Hawk Shred, where it'll bring the upcoming game to 10 of the biggest malls in the country, starting this weekend on through the end of the year. Sure, you could sit on your couch and just wait until the game launches on October 26, go to a store and buy it, but where's the fun in that? Oh, right, it's a video game. Those are pretty fun, we hear.

The SHRED Tour Will Stop at Ten Shopping Malls Across America, Giving Fans An Early Chance to GO BIG and SHRED!

(NASDAQ: ATVI) announced today a 10-city Mall Tour that is kicking off this weekend in support of the company's much anticipated Tony Hawk®: SHRED video game, which is set to hit store shelves nationwide on October 26. Open to all mall visitors, the Tony Hawk: SHRED interactive experience will give both kids and parents an early opportunity to jump on the game's intuitive board controller and fully experience the thrill of supersized skate and snowboarding!

Tony Hawk: SHRED allows kids to GO BIG and feel the exhilaration of supersized skate and snowboarding using the game's innovative, motion-sensing board controller right at their feet. Featuring an arcade style look and feel, SHRED is packed with larger-than-life moments and a veritable assortment of jaw-dropping tricks – enticing kids to get off the couch and into the action. Players will be on the board controller mastering over-the-top tricks, massive drops, awesome grabs and super long grinds in no time.
Tony Hawk: SHRED will be available at retail October 26th in North America and October 29th in Europe for the Xbox® 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, and Nintendo Wii™. The game is rated "E" (Everyone – content that may be suitable for ages six and older) by the ESRB.
