Around Azeroth: I cast thee into the lake of fire
After Rook of Ravenholdt (US-H) died from the plague of undeath, his surviving family decided to abide by his wishes and have him cremated. And even after he came back as a member of the Forsaken, they've stuck to their guns. Attempts at cremation using a fire mage, a starving core hound and a malfunctioning batch of goblin fireworks all failed, so they finally tossed him into the incinerator at the Sludge Fen. But once again, Rook's asbestos underwear saved him from a fiery end.
