The Classifieds: If women ruled WoW ...

The Classifieds brings you weekly news from around the WoW community, including our famous Random Acts of Uberness shout-outs to players who make your WoW sessions memorable.

Work warning Some naughty language and sexual implications in this video.

If Women rule WoW ... features one heck of a community get-together. It stars Jesse Cox, Wowcrendor, Gigi, Chiib, Letomi, TradeChat, Cryssy, Quixotica, and Aevynne. The video itself was created by WoPairs.

This comedy sketch looks at the idea that if women ruled WoW and behaved like many of the male players, then things might be a little different. While the behavior is certainly exaggerated, enough of these rude comments and lewd attempts do happen in day-to-day WoW. While you probably shouldn't take this video purely as a public service announcement ... well, then again, maybe you should.

Random Acts of Uberness

It's when another player lights up your night with precise play, a wicked sense of humor or unexpected generosity that your login becomes something to remember. Share your Random Acts of Uberness with theclassifieds@wowinsider.com. Keep things brief (150 words or less, please), and be sure to list everyone's character names and home realms or battlegroup. Don't be afraid of sending an entry more than once if it doesn't appear; sometimes internet dragons eat email, and we'd hate to let that keep deserving players from getting their due.

This week's Random Act of Uberness is a little special. "This happened a while ago," writes player Whistlecheek. "It was a very frustrating day of leveling, capped by that Stormwind fishing daily that sends you into the bay to get lobsters -- with 85-level sharks patrolling the bay. Yeah. Lowbie toon massacre, indeed. After the 20th death or so, I finally snapped and sent a frustrated ticket (in character) to Blizz support -- Calinhale's response is classic and totally made my day."

Employment: Guild recruitment

Looking for more? Send in your guild name, realm, a link to your guild website or armory listing and a sentence or two on your guild's focus (10-man, RP, late-night raiding, whatever) to theclassifieds@wowinsider.com.

Moon Guard raiding Old Gods waking up doesn't seem like a great idea. R'lyeh Awakened (US-Moon Guard) is a Horde 10man raiding guild that has been around since mid-WotLK. We are one of those tight-knit guilds of friends who push through raid content at our own pace. We are looking for a rogue to complete our core team as we push onward to the Firelands. Players interested in 5-man content, as well as just a social guild would be accepted with open arms as well. There are opportunities to participate in alt runs, fill in core spots or join partial PUGS with guildmates too. Our raid times as of now are Saturday (7-11) and Sunday (7-10) CST. Also, we do have roleplayers we don't rp as a guild. For more information feel free to pst Parae in game, /who R'lyeh or contact us via our forum post here: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/2721384365

Old Gods abound This is Old God week for recruiting, I guess. Cthulhu is recruiting exceptional players for Firelands! We are a relatively new guild formed on the Gul'Dan server by players with 12/13 HM experience in current content and are now seeking skilled players to join our team to push for server first progression in Firelands. We have recently completed our first week of 25 man raiding and are #4 on the server (http://www.guildox.com/go/g.asp?a=1&r=Gul%27dan-US - 6/13 H 25, 6/13 H 10 man) and are looking to bolster our ranks with strong DPSers and replace some weak links. The current server first guild has only cleared 8/13 HM in current content, putting us in close competition and in an easy place to surpass them in Firelands.

Not Old Gods "Nephilim" refers to a biblical term, "Giants in the Earth." Not Old Gods, but maybe old critters. The Nephilim is an international PVE-focused guild who raid 19.30-23.30 four nights a week. We are a very old guild, dating back to classic WoW. Currently we can be found on the allience side of Neptulon EU. We are looking for skilled, dedicated and mature raiders who enjoy having lots of fun on and off raiding hours. Check us out at http://www.thenephilim.eu

Westfall Chicken This guild seems to have chicken issues. Incempan - Wyrmrest Accord (US-A) is a recently formed guild looking for core raiders to make its 10-M team for 4.2 and we (may?) want you! Are you mature, intelligent, and looking for a guild that actually talks to each other when they're not even forced too? We've got that! On a side note, beware the terrible Westfall Chicken. For more information, visit us at http://incempan.wowstead.com or contact Scield in-game.
