iOS app updates for July 6

The following iOS apps received updates in the App Store:

Zapd

Version 1.4 was released with the following changes:

  • Custom URLS added
  • The option to mark individual Zapd projects as private. These can only be shared with people to whom you provide the URL.

NYTimes

Version 3.2 was released with the following changes:

  • New Sunday Review section with news analysis and opinion
  • In-app subscriptions

Adobe Photoshop Express

Version 2.0.2 was released with the following changes:

  • You can now capture images using the iPad 2 camera
  • The ability to hide camera features that haven't been purchased

List Omni Lists

Version 2.6 was released with the following changes:

  • CSV file import/export
  • AirPrint support

Flipboard

Version 1.5 was released with the following changes:

  • A content guide was added
  • The ability to select favorites
  • LinkedIn support
  • Popular stories are now highlighted

Geocaching

Version 4.5 was released with the following changes:

  • New advanced search to filter by cache type, difficulty/terrain, keyword and more
  • Sync personal cache notes between Groundspeak Inc.'s site and the iPhone
  • Create multiple offline cache lists
  • Refresh saved cache data

It's suggested that because of the backend changes that you do a complete reinstall of the app instead of regular updating. You will not be charged for the purchase.

iZip

Version 3.0 was released with the following changes:

  • Can now support "open in" using other apps
  • Share photos to Facebook
  • UI changes

PlainText

Version 1.5 was released with the following changes:

  • Search is visible only when you need it.
  • Unsynced files will no longer display in list.
  • Manual sync option added
  • Simplified Dropbox settings.
  • Reorganized Settings and Help Book

Nike+ GPS

Version 3.1.1 was released with the following changes:

  • Choose if you want the music play/pause button to stop or pause a run
  • The ability to include pace in Facebook and Twitter posts
  • The ability to edit Twitter messages before posting
  • Auto-calibration
