Crystal White PS Vita landing in Hong Kong June 28th, overpriced import shops two days later
It was bound to happen eventually, every other gadget does it. After debuting in a serious black sheen, the PS Vita is now getting a stylish white shell as well. Sadly, the shiny new pale version will only be available in Hong Kong at first, starting June 28th. There's no price premium for grabbing the lighter shade of handheld, though, if you want the matching white accessory pack, you'll have to pre-order. On the plus side, if you pledge now, they'll toss in the Trooper Pack, Armor Game case, 4GB memory card and (perhaps most importantly) a lint free cloth for free. Check out the PR after the break.

Hong Kong, 18th May 2012 - Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong (SCEH) announced today that a new "Crystal White" colour will be available for the portable entertainment system PlayStation®Vita (PS Vita) 3G/Wi-Fi model (PCH-1106ZA02) and Wi-Fi model (PCH-1106ZA02) at a suggested retail price of HK$2,780 and HK$2,280 respectively on 28th June, 2012.
Moreover, to commemorate this global premier release in Hong Kong, a White Accessory Pack that includes a Protective Film, Cloth, Removable Media Card (4G), Armor Game Case (White) (Mad Catz Inc.), Trooper Pack for PlayStation®Vita (WHITE) (MSY CO. Ltd) (Estimated Value: HK$350) (Photos above) will be available as a limited quantity pre-order perk. Pre-order starts on 1 June at official partner shops, customers who purchase PS Vita 3G/Wi-Fi model and a PS Vita game will receive the White Accessory Pack. Also, as a limited-time offer, customers who purchase PS Vita 3G/Wi-Fi model (both crystal black and crystal white) will receive a special voucher code to download WipEout ™ 2048 and Touch My Katamari™.
The Trooper Pack for PlayStation®Vita (WHITE) will be available for sale as an individual item from 28th June, 2012 at a suggested retail price of HK$98. This is a not-to-be-missed item exclusive for Asia region.
In addition, Inner Ear Crystal White Headset for PS Vita is also scheduled to hit the market in the beginning of July at a suggested retail price of HK$149.
