Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection brings back odd-numbered fighters

We're just going to assume someone has been working for years to collect Dragon Balls, summoned the dragon, and then used their one wish to resurrect the Dragon Ball Z Budokai games in high definition. That's absolutely the most plausible explanation for the Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection, coming to PS3 and Xbox 360 in Europe this winter.

The collection comprises Budokai and ... Budokai 3, leaving out Budokai 2 and about five hundred other DBZ Budokai fighters.
