Assassin's Creed The Fall comic sneaks onto iPad

Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed tie-in comic, The Fall, which tells the tale of Russian assassin Nikolai Orelove across three separate issues, is now available for download on the iPad. $.99 will get you the first issue, with each subsequent issue costing $2.99 through in-app purchase.

A sequel to Assassin's Creed: The Fall, called Assassin's Creed: The Chain, is due this summer. The Chain not only picks up from where The Fall left off, but also "sheds a new light on Assassin's Creed 3."

Assassin's Creed Comic Book 'The Fall' Now Available Exclusively on iPad

London, UK – July 12, 2012 – Today Ubisoft announced that Assassin's Creed The Fall is now available for download exclusively on the iPad, starting at 69p.

Developed by Ubisoft Pune, Assassin's Creed The Fall follows the story of master assassin Nikolai Orelov, and his adventurous journey that will give readers a whole new look into the Assassin's Creed universe. A universe that fans of the critically acclaimed Assassin's Creed franchise have loved since the beginning of the war between Templars and Assassins. A universe for comic book aficionados old and new, who will get a taste of the expansive universe of one of the most highly anticipated games of 2012.

In Assassin's Creed The Fall, comic book fans will seamlessly slide from one page to the next as they learn about new characters and a new storyline. Fans will also have a choice of navigation, view, and whether or not they want to read it in colour or black and white.
