Momiji strikes from the shadows in free Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge DLC in December

Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge has a cameo from Ryu's apprentice Momiji. Nintendo announced the free character DLC will be available in the Wii U port sometime in December, unlocking the Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword heroine for use in Challenge and Ninja Trials modes.

Momiji is the second playable character added to Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge, joining Dead or Alive's pink-haired pugilist, Ayane. In addition to the extra characters, the Wii U port tosses in a new Challenge mode that lets you go through the campaign as any playable character, plus an online co-op mode for up to two players.
