Nokia Lumia 1020
Nokia's latest PureView-packing smartphone looks a lot like the previous Lumia 920, but it's slimmer and provides a much-improved PureView experience. However, its high price is going to make it enticing only to those who need the best smartphone camera on the market. At $300, you have to ask if having the best camera phone available is worth the commitment to a platform that isn't as robust as iOS or Android.

Olympus PEN E-P5
Olympus is no stranger to the mirrorless market and their latest PEN features the same sensor and autofocus as the E-M5 in a smaller package, but it's going to cost you. The E-M5 wowed critics with its image quality, so it's no surprise the E-P5 does the same. Ultimately, Olympus has a real standout with the E-P5 and you won't be disappointed in it at all. It's just going to cost a pretty penny, but at least you'll know it was worth it.

Acer Aspire P3
With a high price and subpar performance, Acer's Aspire P3 hybrid gets lost in a crowd of Windows 8 devices. Just from looking at the P3 it's a very uninspired laptop. With a cheap-feeling design and mediocre battery life, you'd be better off passing on Acer's new convertible tablet.
