The co-op friendly sandbox shooter was one of the best-reviewed games of 2012, keeping players hooked with regular downloadable expansions, such as Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep. The game's ribald sense of humor and penchant for chaotic mayhem may not appeal to all tastes, but its overpowering sense of fun and clever storytelling are solid hooks. If you're not a console player, the PC version is available for $15.
