Star Wars Pinball flips out on the 3DS eShop Sep. 19

Star Wars Pinball is coming to the 3DS eShop on September 19. The game will cost $6.99 in North America and €6.99 in Europe.

The three tables included in the base game are based on Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, iconic bounty hunter Boba Fett and Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Developer Zen Studios has announced another three Star Wars Pinball tables are coming this fall.

The 3DS version fully supports stereoscopic 3D, leaderboards, in-game challenges and an XP progression system where players can rank up, either by aligning themselves with the Galactic Empire or Rebel Alliance.

Star Wars™ Pinball Coming to Nintendo eShop on 3DS™ on September 19

Zen Studios, the definitive leader in videogame pinball, today announced Star Wars® Pinball will release on Nintendo eShop for 3DS. The downloadable game will be available September 19, 2013 in North America and Europe. Each Star Wars pinball table can be played in stunning stereoscopic 3D. Tables include Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, Boba Fett and Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Star Wars Pinball on the 3DS takes full advantage of the system's 3D display capabilities, providing exciting 3D pinball action. Zen Studios took extra time and effort to make sure each Star Wars pinball table was given the proper treatment to really showcase top tier 3D entertainment.

Additional features include the Balance of the Force community feature, in game challenges and score notifications, an XP progression system allowing players to move up the ranks based on Galactic Empire or Rebel Alliance support, Force Score and friends-based Team Score leaderboards.
