We're now entering the final fourth week of Four in February! How you holding up?

What's everyone playing this weekend?


  • Alexander Sliwinski (@Sliwinski, Twitch): I wanted to Outlast, but I simply couldn't do it. Wow. So creepy. Much jump scare. Total terror. Back to XCOM: Enemy Within.

  • Anthony John Agnello (@AJohnAgnello): In order to recharge my Four in February batteries, I'm going to take a break from the NES on Friday night and turn my eyes to an old Sega Saturn game I've always wanted to try known as Skeleton Warriors. 2D beat 'em up with janky polygonal character models based on a failed toyline? Yes please. After that, back to confronting my hubris with the Four in February NES quartet.

  • Danny Cowan (@db_cowan, Twitch): I beat Virtual Hydlide and should finish up Vanquish by the end of the month, but it looks like my other 4iF games are going back on the shelf. Actually, last-minute change: I choose to swap out my unfinished games with TxK and EDF 2025, which I beat this month. There, I win.

  • David Hinkle (@DaveHinkle, Twitch): I've only managed to finish one of my #4iF games so far this month, so I plan on tackling a two-game combo this weekend: Ben There, Dan That! and Time Gentlemen, Please!

  • Earnest Cavalli (@Ecavalli, Twitch): I'm going to be finishing my final 4 in February game, The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena. Having completed the task we all agreed upon, I will then bask in your collective envy.

  • Jess Conditt (@JessConditt, Twitch): Jazzpunk! Bop bow skidoo pa-pop pow. And Half-Life 2 because seriously.

  • Mike Suszek (@MikeSuszek, Twitch): I've kicked Toukiden to the curb, so I'm finally getting to my third #4iF game, Killer 7. There's still a chance that I can be the Joystiq Staff Intercontinental 4iF Champion!

  • Richard Mitchell (@TheRichardM, Twitch): I've drained Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 of its lifeblood, which I will regurgitate for Joystiq's review on Tuesday (gross, I know). Then, come hell or high water, I'll finally get to #4iF game number three: Enemy Zero.

  • Sinan Kubba (@SinanKubba, Twitch): Lightning Returns to my life. Please, let's try to end this on good terms.

  • Sam Prell (@SamPrell, Twitch): In the wake of a blizzard that knocked out our power, I think it's very fitting to play Gone Home, which is part of my 4iF. Okay, so I don't know how "fitting" it actually is, but it sounds like a good enough justification in my head.

  • Steven Wong: After weeks of putting it off for the sake of moving, I'm hoping to get back to playing The Last of Us. The core game, not the DLC.

  • Susan Arendt (@SusanArendt, Twitch): I am playing through Lightning Returns again because *of course I am.*

  • Thomas Schulenberg (@T_Schulenberg, Twitch): I'm going back to 100% Super Mario 3D World because I keep hearing the last level is brutal and I'm really curious. Finding time to hunt for puzzle pieces and secret exits in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze would also be divine!

  • Xav de Matos (@Xav, Twitch): I'm not doing Four In February justice. I did complete The Last of Us: Left Behind for review and a lot of Titanfall for coverage. I've been mostly playing Battlefield 4 on PS4 during my off time.
