Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Alex Ziebart will be your host today.

Monday! My favorite!

zubbiefish asked:

When, typically, do addons become usable in the beta? It's still very early yet, but I find myself missing some of my favourites. Opie comes to mind.

There has never been a hard and fast rule for addons in beta, but they're generally enabled fairly late in testing. A few weeks ago, Zarhym posted the following on the beta forum:

Zarhym
As others have said, addons complicate the testing process early on. They can really interfere with bug reports and crash logs. We'll let players know when we're enabling addons, which is likely to be around the time that we're ready to do raid testing.

bigfluffycam asked:

When WoD drops, is the Around Azeroth column going to be Around Draenor instead when we have Draenor related funnies?

No. Azeroth is more like ... an idea, man. You can't kill an idea.

Phoenix asked:

Have any new zones opened in the beta yet?

Unfortunately, no. The beta still only includes the Tanaan Jungle intro sequence, Frostfire Ridge, and Shadowmoon Valley. Hopefully another zone will open up soon, but I suspect they're trying to get focus testing done on the garrisons. Every beta build allows for a little bit more progress on the garrisons, though I believe follower quests are still broken. You're unable to complete some of them, preventing progress down that portion of garrison content.

Drindaar_lightkeeper asked:

I was leveling up my Hunter in Blasted Lands earlier today and noticed that some NPC's called Horde Portal-Sentry were red-skinned Orcs. I though red-skinned orcs were demon-worshipers and bad-guys. What is the deal?

I'm willing to bet he's supposed to be a brown orc, a native of Outland that hadn't slurped the blood candy. I don't think we know of any other fel orcs that signed up with the Horde after the Outland campaign. Or maybe a few of the orcs from Blood Furnace and so on did sign on with the Horde, and soon the orcs of the Horde will encompass all the colors of the rainbow.
