WRUP: Limited-time reunion show edition

Left to right, for those who have forgotten: Arnold Pinchwhistle, The Magnificent Zorb, G.M. Hatpants, Phineas 'Two-Time' Kacynski, and of course Donna Eckleburg the Fourth (the third).

That's right, ladies and gentlemen! Because you demanded it, or because we were pressed for time and needed something to show for our efforts, Eliot is back on WRUP for one week only! Featuring all of your favorite acts, such as flying whales that hate pizza, ducks, animal photos, and repeating a single word multiple times in a truly baffling display of what can sometimes be done in this format! This is only available for this week, so act now!

But wait, there's more! If you click past the link right now, you can also find out what the Massively staff is up to over the weekend, which is ostensibly the point of this feature in the first place! You can also let us know what you'll be up to in the comments. And now, the part you've been waiting for, the return performance, which is...

Ah, never mind, out of space. Sorry! Same time next year?

Anatoli Ingram, Columnist

@ceruleangrey: A super friend of mine just started playing Final Fantasy XIV, so I'll probably run around thereabouts offering crafted gear and advice. The advice I've given her so far has consisted of very high-level gameplay tips such as, "LOOK, you can change your idle pose!" and "You can look at the camera!" and "You can do emotes without text!" and "You can feed my minion a snack!" Very little of that is applicable in dungeons, but it should give her a solid head start on the intense Lalafell-petting endgame.

@Eliot_Lefebvre/blog: Between Hunt changes and Ixali dailies I've been having a grand time in FFXIV lately, so I'm going to keep chilling and doing that. I also have a deep need to get some stuff back on track in WildStar. Add my ongoing Final Fantasy IV playthrough into the mix and I'm pretty full for the weekend.

Justin Olivetti, Contributing Editor

@Sypster/blog: I'm digging into a good WildStar run as of late, partially thanks to a new guild that actually (gasp) does stuff together. So I'll be pushing my Engineer up through the 20s and raining bot vengeance on everyone. Other plans might include rolling up a new Neverwinter Scourge Warlock, doing more of the epic story in Lord of the Rings Online, and wrapping up episode 4 of Guild Wars 2's season two.

Mike Foster, Contributing Editor

@MikedotFoster/blog: I'm diving deeper into Firefall for the final week of Choose My Adventure. And, as always, I'll be playing lots and lots of Dota 2. I suppose I should start warming up the old World of Warcraft account, but I am trying hard to avoid that particular bit of quicksand at least for the near future.

MJ Guthrie, Contributing Editor

@MJ_Guthrie/blog: I will be spending the majority of my time in Landmark trying to flesh out a new build in preparation for the combat games! Can you say landmines? MWU HAHAHAHAHA. I'll also dabble a bit in Marvel Heroes as I very excitedly await the arrival of Rogue.

At the start of every weekend, we catch up with the Massively staff members and place them back in their cages while asking, "Did you put the peanut butter in the freezer?" (The sound they make is something like WRUP.) Please donate money to your local game journalist preserve to prevent this sort of behavior in editorial management.
