Joystiq Streams: Grunt punting the old way in Master Chief Collection

Were the Covenant not a wholly fictional race of militaristic, lizardy zealots, Joystiq would ask their leaders a very simple question: Why do you use Grunts in your military? Cannon fodder is one thing, but in terms of strategic value, they don't seem to add a whole hell of a lot to either offensive or defensive capabilities. Given, their little squeals are hilarious and no doubt boost morale in training, but that cannot possibly be the only reason. It just doesn't make sense!

To study this behavior further, Joystiq is streaming one last chunk of Halo: The Master Chief Collection at 4:00PM EST on Joystiq.com/Twitch. If we're lucky, we may even get in some hot multiplayer action.

Joystiq.com/Twitch broadcasts at 4:00PM EST every Tuesday and Thursday, but Friday streams like these happen pretty regularly. Want to catch them all? Follow us on Twitch.
