annotating word, excel and powerpoint on a Samsung Galaxy tab 4

Hello, does anyone know of an app that will work effectively to allow annotation of word, excel and powerpoint on a samsung galaxy tab 4 device? The users will not be particularly IT savvvy so it would need to be very intuitive.
