PSN Store Update: Phrasing!

Alright, let's talk about dying lights, grim fandangos and how life is strange. No, not that recent rumor, silly-billy! We're totally referring to this week's new releases on the PlayStation Store, which include Techland's Dying Light ($60), the Grim Fandango remaster ($15) and the debut episode of teen drama Life is Strange ($5).

All three of those are on PS4, while you'll also find Life is Strange on PS3 and Grim Fandango on Vita. By the by, Grim Fandango is cross-buy; if you buy it on PS4 you'll unlock it on Vita for free, and vice versa. Meanwhile, Life is Strange won't be available until Friday, January 30.

This week's remaining new release on PS consoles is the Super Bowl Edition of Madden NFL 15, priced at just $24. According to EA, it includes Madden NFL 15, ten Madden Ultimate Team Pro Packs, and a Super Bowl Pack starring Rookie versions of Joe Montana, Michael Irvin and Reggie White. As Joystiq's UK Editor, I'm reliably informed these people are big deals.

Xbox owners, take note: The Super Bowl Edition is also available on Xbox One. Also, it's only on sale until February 2, and that goes for all platforms.

That just leaves the Vita, where you'll find RPG remake Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 2 ($40) and existential puzzle-platformer Nihilumbra ($10). If existential platforming sound like your kind of thing, check out our 2012 Portabliss on the original iOS version.
