Yeah, I have a Dell Inspiron 9300 from two years ago. It has a 17" screen and 1920x1200 native resolution. I hate how mostly all larger screen flat panels, laptops, HDTV's, and now this, have a lower res screen than mine. I want to get a bigger screen but I don't want to sacrifice my resolution. What gives? How come it seems that you can't find such a high res these days without paying way too much or sacrificing contrast and/or response? Anyone know? Can't wait until this changes.
