If they service was out for a day, give them a day's worth of service. That way they get what they paid for. XM is giving twice that, I think that's fair, they're giving customers back twice what they paid for that day of service. It is kind of crappy that people have to call in to get the credit. They should just apply it to everyone's account, but still, what these people want is indeed free service or something. Oh boo-hoo, your XM satellite radio didn't work for half a day and now XM should just fall on its knees and give you everything your heart desires because clearly the world owes you something for being so awesome. Cry me a river.
