It's Apple... and centrino 2 is new technology so it won't appear for a while and when it does I doubt there will be many if any physical changes to Apples lineup

About this laptop must say that HP are every time more competitive. Apple are very good, but theis price is too high to achieve that same quality as other companies offer at a lower price.
