Ah, those Chinese MP4 knock off guys are gonna love this... all they have to do is re-label it MP4 iPod4 PMP4 and its 2006 again..
Hey Apple, what happened to the tough sensitive bezel you had up in your patent vault? I wonder if Apple finally decided to update the sound quality instead of just memory and a shiny new coat?
This is weak.. they got nothing new this time around...
Yes, what happens to these patents that companies make? It's like they patent an idea, and then save it for when the technology is viable. Or they patent something, only for it never to be realized. Absurd. Nobody (except Apple) does that. And man do I hate it when they update the devices memory only to keep it at the same price point as the previous, smaller memory version. And new colours? I know I for one enjoy the same stuff over and over. Craziness. And why can't they give us the sound technology found in stereo systems that cost thousands of dollars in an MP3 player? This is 2008, people.
You're right, they've got nothing new here. Damn them for updating a product!

You mean you're actually saying something bad about Apple...I'm amazed.

I was wondering why iEye wasn't being a complete Apple tool, but I guess that's one mystery solved...
