I'm curious about people who keep asking for Xbox integration. What exactly do you want? It already automatically connects to the Zune software/music/playlists via network, or you can connect your device directly to the Xbox 360 via USB. Works like a charm.
@GeekPL: I think what people are basically asking for is the zune store on the 360, so that you could use your zune pass to download directly to your console instead of streaming from the zune software on the pc. It would be convenient, but personally wouldn't be high on my priority list. Zune software on winmo, on the other hand, now that's something I've been waiting on for quite a while.
The marketplaces need to be integrated so that its one in stead of a Zune Marketplace with its own catalog and a Xbox Marketplace with its own catalog. It's all one, and all content can by synced between Zune and PC, Xbox and PC, and Xbox and Zune. Say you don't have a computer, but have a Xbox and Xbox Live and you get a Zune and Zune Pass, wouldn't it be nice if you could just sync your Zune with your Xbox? This should also be the case for Media Center Extenders. I think the should just have a Microsoft Marketplace that works for every Microsoft device.
A web browser on 360 to browse all that and the internet would be great too. Because if you don't have a computer, but you have XBox Live, obviously you have internet, so why not browse it? Shouldn't be hard to make Internet Explorer for XBox or XBox Internet Explorer, something, but a web browser would be really cool.
These guys all hit on it. Basically what I was referring to is essentially combining the Zune and Xbox Live marketplaces.
As a Zune Pass subscriber I should be able to easily download or stream music from the Zune Marketplace directly from my Xbox 360.
Right now I can't. Actually right now I can't even play the Zune Pass DRM'd downloads I have on my computer! They wont play. I get a circle with a line through it. Meanwhile all my mp3's play just fine.

No, it does not work nicely. Windows Media Center doesn't play Zune Pass tracks and the music player in the dashboard doesn't play WMA lossless tracks and has no album art. MSFT needs to provide the great user experience you get in the Zune software and allow for videos purchased on the 360 and PC to play on each other.
Sorry I should have clarified because I forgot Xbox has Media Center built-in. On the PC WMC plays Zune DRM tracks. For the Xbox, you have to go into the Zune Software and enable sharing with Xbox 360 and that is supposed to make it work. I can't try because I don't have an Xbox.
Now that we've thrown 'em off the trail, use the form below to get in touch with the people at Engadget. Please fill in all of the required fields because they're required.
Now please smoothly integrate that shit into my Xbox 360.
