Meta, Engadget's logo gets boosted... for a Croatian civic action group!

Note: Our logo is all over their YouTube page! See it in videos here.
[Thanks, Ahmed]
And here is a full translation of the text from the YouTube page:
E-Mission is a program of regional development and strengthen the capacity of civil society at local and regional level in partnership with the National Foundation Association CCI and spend IKS. Through the e-mission of the central Croatian civil sector, we offer information services, consulting and training. Target user groups are civil society organizations and informal civic initiative in the following counties: Karlovac, Krapina-Zagorje, Sisak-Moslavina, Zagreb County and Zagreb City.

Emisija can be translated as "broadcast" so their logo actually makes sense. And they spell it as E-misija, probably a shorthand for Electronic Mission. Engadget's logo is anyway just a play on RSS. On the other hand, they obviously did copy it from Engadget since the font is identical. Having lived there, I'd say take it as a compliment and ignore it. There's no concept of "intellectual property" there, people just take what they find as they see fit. It's ironic that they improperly use someone else's logo for a movement that's (apparently) about broadening horizons of the general public and introducing them to finer points of the modern western civilization.
This is their website:

Has the logo on it...
nice, a .info domain. Show the real class.
i dunno why i hate the .info TLD.
i wouldnt register one even if they offer these for free.
It's on youtube, and youtube is located in the US. Mail youtube :)
Who cares. Even if engadget holds a trademark in the EU this groups mission has zero overlap with engadget's business. Get over it engadget, nobody cares about this but you.
And speaking of engadget... why the hell does the comment system never "remember me"!? Instead of whining about Croatian trademark infringement how about worrying why your site doesn't work like it should!
So engadget steals the logo from apple's wifi signal icon, turns it sideways and adds color. Now they claim someone else is stealing? Who cares?

Hi! I'm from Croatia and i can't believe they stole your logo! Pleas don't judge the whole country because some organization!
Sorry, too late!
We've been on a roll since Al-Qaeda.
I can ask them to remove the logo.
well ??
I used to work for the TechShowcase parent company and I'm pretty sure I submitted the fact that they stole the engadget logo a few times.
God I hate/hated that place. Sue those cheap fucks for everything they're worth!
Wonder if there will a store with that logo? like Malaysia.
On second thought, maybe your lawyers should fire off a letter or two expressing your displeasure. REALLY!
This is too bold and blatant to let slide (and if you do let it slide, I'll consider your logo fair game).
I just contacted creator of the logo and she says it was created about 2 years ago without knowledge about engadget logo. Inspiratio for this logo was RSS logo. So it looks like it was just a coincidence, a big one. :D
Why bother suing, the state would probably not be able to pay you anyway
P.S
Greetings from the FBIH
Greetings from Croatia! :)
Hey guys, not sure if you've posted it up before or not, but right after the security checks at PHL (Philadelphia International), there's a "gadget" store and it has your logo everywhere inside. I should've taken pics last time I was there, but I was in a hurry to get to my gate.
Viva Croatia

Now that I think of it... My Company's logo is somewhat similar too :O
