Ahh shut up. Its a new product, and the issues are getting fixed @ the speed of light...... if u had a Sprint Hero u would understand that this is a massive improvement in response time from HTC
LOL wow shows what a noobie you are to tech, LOL. Have known about the assembly line fixes for the past 24 hours but ya know, working for the company I don't tattle stuff that I'm not authorized to but its good that this is out now...seriously, the 250 people on our wait list for this phone will be getting this product revamp in hardware and is the reason why this week is sans EVO shipments...they will continue next week after the adjustments.
@Sunweb I've actually sent HTC another request about my phone (and almost all EVO's I've encountered) problem with the rear batter door not fitting flush with the back of the phone... I'm waiting on a response fro HTC. Most likely they will either recall my phone or have me send it in.
@Waltah Be that guy, however, I'm talking about 1 measily little location, in the 4th largest city of America, I could predict (not assume because we all know what that does) that just in my general area, those lists are bigger at other stores, and then..I could predict again that they are that big at most of the Stored for the whole nation. Jobs can laugh, this was their me too this time around, and they kinda missed the whole 4G thing this time around too where as HTC did not. We ran out, lets wait to see the numbers after the production starts again.
Yeah, shut up, seriously. I mean, it's not like HTC hasn't been making phones for decades and should have some sort of quality control measures in place...
Now that we've thrown 'em off the trail, use the form below to get in touch with the people at Engadget. Please fill in all of the required fields because they're required.
It shouldn't of had these problems in the first place.

EVOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
@CJisohsocool
What ComboBreaker said....Shut up. Seriously, just shut up.
The bad ass phone known as the Evo had some first-run production problems, much like MANY pieces of tech do, and now they're being fixed.

@TheNexxuvas
*apologizes in advance* S. Jobs laughs at your 250 person strong wait list. *apologizes again* ......I just had to be THAT guy.
@CJisohsocool
Because EVERY first gen product is perfect...
@Waltah
The product has been out since early June, this is not a pre-order. Way to compare apples to oranges.

Oh wait...
@TheNexxuvas
It's cool, just giving you a hard time. I don't even use an iPhone and would certainly choose the Evo over it anytime.
@CJisohsocool Why do people keep using of instead of have? They're not remotely alike.
