Amoi E800 WM5 smartphone
We've spotted up-and-coming Chinese OEM Amoi at several different trade shows, but this is the first time we've seen a real working phone, and not just some concept mock-up. The E800 is a clamshell-style phone in the vein of Nokia's Communicator lineup, with the external 1.1-inch OLED screen and keypad unfolding to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard and 2.4-inch, 320 x 240 main LCD display. Other goodies in this Windows Mobile 5-powered smartphone are Bluetooth, microSD expansion, and a 2 megapixel camera. You can pick one of these up (well you can't, but your friends in Asia can) starting January 6th for around $620.
