Flash memory card slot cleaner

We've never worried about this before, but now we're wondering whether this is something we need: dummy cleaning cards from Kaiser Fototechnik (which is the most German-sounding company name we've come across in awhile) designed specifically for getting the dust and dirt out of CompactFlash and SmartMedia card slots. No version for SD cards?
