Watching Steam

A lot of things have been said about Valve's Steam software. Some of it even pleasant. A lot of it, though, has been of the "I'm very annoyed" category.

Steamwatch is a site created for disgruntled customers of Valve's who have had to endure many hardships and hassles with Steam. It's one thing when Steam was an optional service, but now it's mandatory, a lot of people are very annoyed, and with Half-Life 2 requiring Steam, and the problems a lot of people had, it was inevitable a site dedicated to those people would spring up. And here it is.

The creator of the site has placed a pretty good open letter to Valve on the front page. There's also a forum where you can say what you want without fear of getting stomped by the big boot of Valve (unlike the official Steam forums).
