Creative announces TravelSound Notebook 500

It's CES time, so that means a flood of new product announcements.  Creative's latest is the TravelSound Notebook 500, a $100 set of speakers that sit on top of a laptop screen.  One nice feature — the speakers can be powered either by a USB cable, power adapter or AAA-batteries.  We're not sure how they sound but, unless you're doing a lot of presentations or something, we think most people would probably be better off spending that hundred bucks on a good set of headphones.
