Despite appearances, the USB Aqua Hub is not a base station for charging your cellphone, so you'll just have to content yourself with the fact that what you're looking at is a combination 4 port USB hub/waterglobe.
Supposedly only comes in red, yellow, and green, but the one that caught our eye is most definitely blue.
